Lungarno Collection is pleased to share the opportunity for a talented Commis de Partie to be part of the Borgo San Jacopo team. Our research is aimed at professionals with the innate ability to be impeccable “hosts”, to offer excellent service, combining spontaneity and energy.

Situated along the banks of the Arno River, with an exclusive view of Ponte Vecchio, Borgo San Jacopo (1 MICHELIN Star) stands as a beacon of Italian haute cuisine. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Claudio Mengoni, the restaurant offers a cuisine that is distinguished by its purity and authenticity, embodying a culinary philosophy where creativity and precision coexist in perfect harmony.

 

Requirements:

 

•       Previous experience of at least 6 months in a Michelin-star restaurant and 3 years in general in the hospitality industry

•       Competence, professionalism, flexibility and teamwork skills

•       Excellent organizational skills

•       Strong focus on service quality

•       Willingness to work shifts, Monday to Sunday

•       We also require passion, energy, attitude to smile, perseverance, desire to grow professionally and sense of elegance.
