What Youll Be Doing

You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly within the commercial area
Keep customer data accurate, updated and well-structured
Prepare proposals and support new business opportunities
Issue quotations (and make sure no one is left waiting!)
Support the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth start
Create and update reports that support commercial decisionmaking
Organise information and assist multiple internal teams
Keep marketing databases up to date and sharp
Contribute to improving processes and ways of working
Work collaboratively to ensure an efficient workflow

Who Were Looking For

Someone who
Has at least 2 years of administrative experience (mandatory!)
Is fluent in English (mandatory!)
Is comfortable using Excel (intermediate level)
Is organised, communicative and detailoriented
Can manage multiple tasks at the same time
Enjoys learning and works naturally well with others
(CRM, PowerBI or ERP knowledge? Even better!)
