The Cloud Platforms & Products Director to lead the design, engineering, and evolution of global cloud platforms and products ecosystem.

You will drive the strategy, architecture, and delivery of scalable, secure, and reusable cloud platforms, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational excellence.

Description

Cloud Strategy & Technology Leadership:

• Define and drive the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for cloud platforms and products;
• Translate enterprise cloud strategy into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes;
• Lead technology governance with key partners and ensure alignment with business and IT stakeholders.

Platforms & Product Architecture:

• Own the architecture and lifecycle of cloud platforms and products;
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards;
• Prioritize product roadmap balancing innovation, technical debt, and compliance.

Product Engineering & DevOps

• Lead engineering teams responsible for building cloud products (e.g., Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks);
• Foster a strong DevOps culture focused on automation, quality, and continuous delivery;
• Ensure products are built with a clear ownership model and lifecycle management.

Cloud Solutions & Adoption Acceleration

• Supervise architecture teams supporting public and private cloud initiatives;
• Enable large-scale cloud adoption programs and migrations;
• Provide strategic guidance to complex transformation projects.

Operating Model & Governance

• Ensure end-to-end consistency across architecture, engineering, and operations;
• Establish governance frameworks, design principles, and review processes;
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead and develop international teams across multiple locations (Europe, India, etc.);
• Engage senior stakeholders and provide clear visibility on priorities, risks, and performance;
• Drive continuous improvement through KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops.

Profile

• 10+ years in Cloud, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering;
• Proven leadership experience managing large, distributed, and multicultural teams;
• Strong background in designing and scaling enterprise cloud platforms;
• Deep knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and hybrid cloud environments;
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, DevOps practices, and automation;
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and governance frameworks;
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to operate in a complex, global, and fast-evolving environment;
• Occasional travel to key locations.
