We're Hiring: E2E Partnership & Business Solutions Officer Lisbon (Hybrid)

About the Role:

Join a dynamic, client-facing role where your ability to connect, coordinate, and deliver will make a real impact. As an E2E Partnership & Business Solutions Officer, you'll be part of a fast-paced environment supporting a major player in the banking industry. Acting as a key point of contact for corporate clients, partners, and internal teams, you'll ensure a seamless experience across services and solutions. If you're proactive, communicative, and eager to work at the heart of client operations, this opportunity is for you.

What you'll do:

• Support business clients and partners by assisting with product usage, onboarding, and issue resolution
• Handle day-to-day client interactions while coordinating with Sales, Product, and Technical teams
• Manage and follow up on technical incidents, service requests, and process improvements
• Ensure client satisfaction through end-to-end ownership and proactive communication
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and service excellence across departments

Tools & Tech Skills:

• Experience with CRM or ticketing platforms (e.g. Jira, Zendesk)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Functional understanding of APIs and system integrations

Language Skills:

• English - Fluent (mandatory)
• French - Fluent (mandatory)
• Other languages are a plus

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead client discussions, workshops, and knowledge sessions
• Client-focused with a solid understanding of internal processes and compliance
