The Role
This is a maternity leave cover position for a proactive Client Relations Manager based in Portugal. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations.
Your responsibilities will include managing client documentation, partnership agreements, and compliance matters, all while fostering strong client relationships. You will build and maintain connections with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Overseeing all client-related documentation, you will ensure conformity to industry regulations and company policies.
Additionally, you will support the sales process by understanding client needs and collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities. Your innovative strategies will drive business development campaigns and help uncover new value propositions
through both existing and new channels.
You will also play a key role in enhancing the company's reputation by gathering client feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts.
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in client relations or a similar position, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and excellent communication abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation is essential, as
this position is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction and driving the company's success.
High-Level Goals
- Coordinate and manage all necessary documentation to kick-start the process of each sale
- Provide personal & legal assistance between developer, lawyer, and client, ensuring they fully understand the sales process and the content of all documents
- Oversee sales process follow-up (CPCV, deed signatures, deposits)
- Provide guidance and support to clients with inquiries regarding the property (plan, layout, delivery, etc.) to reduce the interaction between the client and the developer
- Chase all parties involved to keep their motivation to a high level and ensure they are all working towards the scheduled exchange deadline
Core Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Report regularly to the sales team regarding their specific clients
- Update regularly to the client and the team regarding the work evolution of each project
- Monitor all sales through to successful completion and respond in a timely fashion to client and agent inquiries
- Coordinate and follow up on all department invoicing. Update tracking on all in-house systems (CRM, G-DRIVE)
- Support the London office with the completion of all Portuguese mandates
- Take the appropriate initiative to ensure performance standards are met
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or law, or demonstrable experience and success within client/vendor relationships roles.
Experience
- Exceptionally strong customer service skills gained in a fast-paced client service environment
- Excellent organizational and planning skills and a good understanding of off-plan real estate management
- Good knowledge of property law, particularly concerning Portuguese real estate
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese. French a distinct advantage (not mandatory)
- Strong IT skills with advanced MS Office Suite and Google Suite skills.
- Good understanding of all policies & procedures
- Experience of Portuguese Property Law
