The Client Data Officer - Spanish Speaker will be responsible for managing and maintaining client data, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the financial services industry. This role requires fluency in Spanish and attention to detail to support the banking and financial services department effectively.
Description
A successful Client Data Officer should :
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client data records.
- Manage updates and modifications to client data in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in client information.
- Support the onboarding process by verifying and inputting client data.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection compliance at all times.
- Provide support during audits and ensure proper documentation is in place.
Profile
A successful Client Data Officer should have :
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or data management roles.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations in the financial services industry.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage large data sets accurately.
- Proficiency in data management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Spanish & English or Portuguese language skills are highly desirable.
