The Client Data Officer - Italian Speaker will play a key role in managing and maintaining accurate client data within a financial services environment. This position requires fluency in Italian and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Description
A successful Client Data Officer should :
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client data records.
- Manage updates and modifications to client data in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in client information.
- Support the onboarding process by verifying and inputting client data.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection compliance at all times.
- Provide support during audits and ensure proper documentation is in place.
Profile
A successful Client Data Officer should have :
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or data management roles.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations in the financial services industry.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage large data sets accurately.
- Proficiency in data management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Italian & English or Portuguese language skills are highly desirable.
