We are looking for a Citrix Expert to join our IT Infrastructure team and take ownership of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and NetScaler / Citrix ADC environments.

This role is focused on ensuring high availability, performance, security, and an excellent end-user experience across enterprise Citrix platforms, while working closely with infrastructure teams and business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, administer, and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to session performance, application availability, and user experience
• Configure, manage, and optimize NetScaler / Citrix ADC for load balancing, secure remote access, and application delivery
• Implement TLS VPNs, MFA authentication, and strong security controls
• Monitor and optimize platform performance to ensure scalability and high availability

User Experience & Monitoring:

• Fine-tune Citrix policies, profiles, and resource allocation to deliver a seamless user experience
• Perform regular performance assessments and implement improvements based on user feedback
• Deploy and manage ControlUp dashboards for real-time monitoring and troubleshooting
• Proactively identify bottlenecks using ControlUp insights and automation features
• Generate and analyze performance and usage reports using ControlUp and Citrix Director

Security, Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards
• Document processes, configurations, and operational procedures

Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with Network, Wintel, and Security teams
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand needs and implement solutions
• Provide technical support, guidance, and process training to IT teams and business users

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Citrix-focused role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Expert knowledge of Citrix CVAD, NetScaler (Citrix ADC), Citrix ADM, and Workspace Environment Management
• Strong hands-on experience with ControlUp
• Solid understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, load balancing, SSL/TLS, VPNs)
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• English level B2-C1

Nice to have:

• Citrix certifications (e.g. CCP-V, CCE-V)
• Experience with VMware and other virtualization tools
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
