We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist (2+ years of professional experience) eager to take on new challenges in a hybrid work model in Braga.

Are you the one?

• Experience in Data Science will be highly valued, preferably in a high-performance sports context;
• Proficiency in Python and solid knowledge of applied statistics;
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI);
• Experience handling and integrating APIs will be an advantage;
• Ability to communicate results clearly to non-technical members of the organization;
• Capacity and willingness to work collaboratively in an agile and multidisciplinary environment.
• Develop, implement, and validate statistical models;
• Create prediction algorithms and performance analysis for individual and collective metrics, incorporating event, tracking, physical, and tactical variables;
• Monitor and continuously improve internal performance indicators, ensuring robustness, reliability, and accuracy;
• Document methodologies, results, and training pipelines to facilitate future consultations and onboarding of new colleagues.
