Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

With an international footprint and ambitious expansion plans, the business is seeking to appoint a world-class Chief Financial Officer to play a pivotal role in shaping its next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board, the CFO will be responsible for leading the global finance function, driving strategic financial planning, and supporting key commercial and investment decisions.

This is a highly visible role requiring both operational excellence and strategic leadership in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the company's global financial strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, providing insight, challenge, and commercial guidance.
• Oversee all financial operations including reporting, controls, treasury, tax, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support scalable growth.
• Lead fundraising activities, investor relations, and potential M&A initiatives.
• Ensure robust governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks are in place.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing international finance team.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as CFO or Finance Director within a high-growth, international technology or digital business.
• Strong track record of supporting scale-up or transformation environments, ideally including fundraising or exit events.
• Deep understanding of global financial operations, multi-entity structures, and international compliance.
• Commercially astute with the ability to influence at Board and investor level.
• Experience in emerging markets or telecoms/mobile technology sectors is advantageous.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred.
