• The role leads the entire Finance organisation, drives a necessary transformation towards stronger processes, systems and FP&A, and acts as a strategic partner to local and Group management. High visibility, strong scope and significant autonomy.

Description

Financial Leadership & Compliance

• Full ownership of Planning & Controlling, Accounting, Treasury, Taxes, Statutory & IFRS reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Group policies.
• Represent the company with authorities, auditors, financial institutions and key external stakeholders.

Business Partnering & Strategic Advisory

• Provide financial and non-financial insights to support decision-making.
• Advise on CAPEX, M&A, divestments, restructuring and performance optimisation.
• Lead management reporting, forecasts, budget process and ad-hoc analysis.
• Review/approve CAPEX and M&A business cases, impairment tests and below-AEBITDA items.

Team Leadership & Transformation

• Lead and develop the Finance team; hire, coach and structure for "fewer but stronger".
• Strengthen FP&A capabilities and implement a disciplined monthly business review.
• Improve billing efficiency, reporting quality and operational workflows.

Systems, Controls & Processes

• Drive SAP improvements and ensure reliable, integrated financial data.
• Coordinate finance-IT alignment on systems, upgrades and interfaces (billing, payroll,etc.).
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance culture and risk management.
• Coordinate audits, reconciliations and integration of newly acquired entities.

Group Coordination

• Ensure timely monthly reporting and alignment with Group Controlling, Tax and Treasury.
• Oversee transfer pricing, Related Party reporting, representation letters, Non-Audit Services and ESG KPIs.
• Support financing, factoring, dividend processes and propose legal entity restructuring when needed.

Profile

• Senior Finance leader (CFO / Finance Director / Deputy CFO) from multinational environments.
• Strong background in controlling, accounting, IFRS, tax, treasury, compliance and internal control.
• Solid SAP experience (mandatory).
• Proven experience in transformation, process improvement or M&A integration.
• Experience in healthcare, services or other operationally intensive sectors is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
