Your new company

Hays is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a leading industrial multinational company operating in Portugal. 
This is a strategic opportunity for a senior finance professional seeking to lead all financial areas within a dynamic and ambitious environment.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the CFO of the Group, you will oversee the Finance Department, managing all key areas including Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Controlling, and Investor Relations. 
You will play a critical role in defining financial strategies and optimizing the company’s overall performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Finance, Management or Economics
• Proven experience as CFO or senior financial leader, in the industrial sector
• Strong strategic mindset, analytical thinking, and demonstrated leadership skills
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
