Description

  • Define and execute the corporate strategy, ensuring alignment between R&D, product development, regulatory requirements, and international expansion.
  • Drive commercial growth across the pipeline through strategic partnerships with hospitals, reference centers, and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
  • Lead regulatory compliance and ensure operational excellence within the scope of in vitro diagnostics.
  • Secure investment and effectively manage public and private funding, promoting the organization's financial sustainability.
  • Foster innovation in clinical artificial intelligence and related technologies, supported by rigorous scientific and clinical validation processes.
  • Represent the company before regulatory bodies, investors, and clinical partners at the international level.

Profile

  • Academic background in Life Sciences (preferably a PhD/Doctorate or an MSc/Master's degree).
  • Strong scientific and technological understanding of the products, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and clinical teams.
  • Proven experience as a CEO or in senior executive roles within scientific or technological companies, ideally in the diagnostics, medical devices, or biotechnology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of strategic growth, translating scientific innovation into sustainable commercial outcomes.
  • Pragmatic commercial vision, with experience in go-to-market strategies, strategic partnerships, and business development.
  • International experience and fluency in English, essential for operating in global and multicultural environments.
  • Strategic and operational leadership, oriented toward execution, results, and the clinical and economic impact of the solutions.
