EGOR Outsourcing, is hiring a CCO Data Collection for a leading Multinational in the financial sector, located in Oporto. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Be the main point of contact for Front officers (Sales, Relationship Managers, Senior Bankers) on all questions related to onboarding;
• Process credit requests initiated by Front Officers to set up credit lines on armed existing ones, challenge rationale inline with client strategy and ensure contradictory discussion with Risk Department;
• Initiate and orchestrate credit line annual review for which you will make your own proposals to Business, and ensure annual review is processed in due time;
• Ensure close follow-up of requests submitted and provide necessary visibility to Front Officers;
• Collaborate with other poles part of CCO team to ensure global coordination on onboarding related requests (including CCO Vetting coordination and CCO Legal);
• Interact with multiple departments, from Front Officers and Operations, to Risk, Compliance and IT

• Oporto;
• Monday to Friday – 09AM to 06PM.

• Master’s degree in Finace / Economics
• Excellent Customer service-oriented approach 
• Very good relationships and communication skills 
• Proactive and dynamic

• Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within a fast-moving environment 
• Capacity to navigate in a multi-cultural & multi-dimensional environment 
• Fluent in English and French
