We are looking for a talented and motivated German Speaker to join our Cash Collections team at a leading multinational company. If you are fluent in German and have a passion for finance and customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable for German-speaking clients.
• Conduct collections of outstanding payments in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to resolve payment issues.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure account accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports and performance analyses.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in Cash Collections or related fields.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial software tools is an advantage
