Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the Investment Department with the integration of a Capital Markets Associate for its Lisbon office.


Key tasks/ activities:

  • Identify and source investment opportunities;
  • Conduct market and asset analysis (gather comparable data to appraise property values);
  • Develop financial models and business plans;
  • Prepare sale processes (e.g., teasers, investment memoranda, etc.);
  • Meet with investors to discuss opportunities and strategies;
  • Lead negotiations on property sales;
  • Provide exceptional client service and build strong client relationships;
  • Work on a variety of projects across both private and public markets, covering several service lines, including: Valuation; Transactional advisory (investment and development agency); Development consultancy; M&A; Capital raising; Joint venture structuring; Debt advisory.


Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:

  • Strong academic background (Degree in Economics/Finance/Management or Architecture/Engineering with a Masters in Economics/MBA);
  • Relevant professional experience in Real Estate or M&A (desirable);
  • Solid knowledge of corporate finance and capital markets;
  • Proficient in MS Office tools;
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative);
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills;
  • Deadline-driven with a focus on quality and precision;
  • Team-oriented with leadership abilities;
  • Effective communicator, able to engage with diverse personalities;
  • Strong listening skills and collaborative mindset;
  • High sense of responsibility, proactivity, and resilience;
  • Quick learner with entrepreneurial spirit and strong values;
  • Driving license;
