Sodecia is looking for a strategic and experienced MRO Buyer to lead and optimize sourcing across our Safety & Mobility Division in Europe. This is a high-impact role with international exposure, focused on delivering cost-effective, compliant, and scalable service solutions in key support areas like travel, IT, insurance, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel & Lodging Procurement

• Negotiate contracts with airlines, hotel chains, and rental car providers for global and regional needs
• Partner with local suppliers near Sodecia plants, customer and supplier sites
• Lead implementation of a travel management system for cost control and policy adherence

IT & Knowledge Services (preferred background)

• Procure software, cloud services, and consultancy aligned with the company's tech strategy
• Manage vendor relations for service continuity, upgrades, and pricing

Insurance Procurement

• Collaborate with brokers to secure efficient insurance coverage (liability, property, employees)
• Evaluate risk profiles to ensure balanced, compliant coverage

Communications

• Source telecom services, internet contracts, and mobile hardware through bundled or regional agreements
• Analyze unified communication platforms for cost and operational efficiency

General Procurement Excellence

• Identify cost-saving initiatives through data-driven analysis and market insight
• Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and local regulations

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience managing and negotiating global service contracts
• Strong background in IT & Knowledge Services procurement (preferred)
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel as needed across Europe and beyond
