We are looking for an Business Solutions & Partnership Officer to join an international team that acts as a point of contact between corporate clients, partners (fintechs, startups, etc.) and various internal teams of a global banking group.


MAIN TASKS:

  • Provide functional and technical support to clients (e.g. onboarding, questions, demos, problems with reports, etc.);
  • Building and maintaining relationships of trust with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Manage complaints, incidents and requests rigorously, within the defined deadlines;
  • Having an end-to-end view of processes, ensuring alignment between internal teams (front, middle and back office);
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of procedures and communication with users.


YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

  • Experience with CRM/ticketing tools (e.g. Jira, Zendesk or similar);
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Functional knowledge of APIs and systems integration;
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Language requirements:
  • Fluent English and French (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)



  • Hybrid role based in Lisbon.
