  • Wholesale Business Control and works in close cooperation with his stakeholder(s) outside of Finance.

  • Operates at the local level and reports to the Wholesale Business Controller Manager.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement;
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecast, and financial plans;
  • Ensure finance involvement in the S&OP process to secure a cross - functional perspective and alignment with the various rolling forecasts.;
  • Providing business insights on business performance to supper decision- making;
  • Proactively works with relevant management team(s) to identify, analyses and exploit business opportunities (e.g., new product development, cost saving opportunities), intervene on fundamental issues, and provide financial leadership on (strategic)projects. To do so job holder has a high level of business understanding and builds and maintains relationships with relevant stakeholders;
  • Act as a liaison between the finance department and sales teams, acting as a business partner to sales on a day- to day basis;
  • Be able to convince stakeholders based on right facts and arguments, which are placed in the proper problem context;
  • Drive effective collaboration with HGSS to achieve further process improvements at optimal costs;
  • Support the business planning cycle for the 1 to 3-year Strategic annual plans, operational Plans and Latest Estimates including providing relevant challenge to relevant stakeholders;
  • Ensure finance involvement in the S&OP process to secure a cross-functional perspective and alignment with the various Latest Estimates;
  • Define and challenge the requirements for standard management reporting, further development of the Management Information System and liaise with information services to communicate identified requirements.
  • Work with the relevant team to devise a functional policy/investments/des-investments;
  • Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement, simplifying, benchmarking and innovation;
  • Challenges existing processes to identify improvement opportunities using benchmarks and external best practices;
  • Quantifies financial benefits and costs associated with improvement ideas. Analyses impact of changes on processes and ways of working;
  • Assists in implementing process improvements;
  • Evaluates the success of the improvement projects and the benefits realized.

Perfil desejado

  • Degree or Master's in Management, Economics, or Accounting;
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Controller in a multinational company;
  • Experience in Retail or FMCG (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of reporting and accounting;
  • Strong understanding of business processes;
  • Knowledge of the On-Trade European market;
  • Knowledge of the sales market;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel;
  • Ability to act as an independent and proactive business partner;
  • Resilience, project management skills, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
