Your new role

• Facilitate BPM trainings and coaching for employees/colleagues in Business Process Management Methodology and the Celonis PM/PI tool;
• Support the continuous development of BPM methodology and the Celonis Suite tool, promoting BPM philosophy globally;
• Analyze, optimize, and harmonize global and local processes, consulting organizational units to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
• Develop concepts and lead, workshops for process harmonization and optimization, presenting analyses and recommendations to the Executive Board;
• Implement strategic changes to improve productivity and reduce costs, collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your new company

Our client is a technology company, that is a leading global player in their field. They have different innovative projects, namely in IoT. This position will be for their software competence centre in Porto.

What you need to be successful

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
• 3 years of experience in Business Process Management, including process analysis and harmonization;
• Proven experience in Data & Process Analytics, Process Mining, and methodologies such as Lean Management, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), and BPM Maturity Assessments (BPM SPICE, EFQM, CMMI);
• Experience with BPM tools (Celonis, SAP Signavio, Confluence);
• Fluency in english.
