Our client is a HNWI who is looking to hire a Business Personal Assistant, to assist him on the daily operations of his business and personal life to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. These range from investing in real estate, to private/public equities, as well as collecting art.
The BPA is critical to our organization, as it involves managing highly important matters that directly impact business operations and executive decision-making.
The ideal candidate must have exceptional organizational skills, can anticipate challenges and proactively address them, a solid knowledge of Excel, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects, tracking deadlines, and proactively addressing potential challenges.
- Oversee and coordinate all email communications.
- Manage the calendar and schedule, including logistics for personal and professional travel, events, meetings, and exhibitions.
- Prepare and handle business, legal, and financial documents, including reports, contracts, and tax-related matters
Profile
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Law, Marketing or similar;
- At least five years of professional experience;
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to an HNWI, C-suite executive, or similar role, will be faced as a plus;
- Demonstrates a high level of proactiveness;
- Exhibits strong attention to detail;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel. Also has experience in ChatGPT;
- Discreet, professional and highly trustworthy;
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
