We are looking for an Amazing: Business Manager

Seniority: 4+ years

Work model: - Lisbon

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Human Resources; Management or similar areas;
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar or related area;
• Strong commercial skills and strong orientation to results;
• Good understanding of business issues and customer expectations;
• Good communication skills, autonomy and proactivity;
• Strong sense of responsibility;
• People-oriented mindset;
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership;
• Decisive leader willing to take risks and think creatively;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese mandatory;
• French language proficiency is a plus;
• A good KCS profile is someone who likes a good challenge and has a constant desire to sign new contracts;

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients
• Ensure client satisfaction and service quality
• Anticipate future needs and propose solutions
• Align the team with IT market trends (cloud, data, AI, etc.)
• Ensure the right consultants are assigned to the right projects
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, sales, delivery)
• Monitor project execution
• Resolve issues and mitigate risks with clients and teams
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Identify new client opportunities and projects
• Manage and grow existing accounts (upselling / cross-selling)
• Define commercial strategies aligned with company goals
• Contribute to proposals, negotiations, and contract closing
