The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including operations and client relationship management. To succeed in this role, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships;
• Implement pricing strategies and manage the business toward ambitious growth targets;
• Recruit, hire, and lead high-performing teams;
• Oversee onboarding of new team members and coordinate ongoing training and development;
• Monitor operational performance and proactively resolve issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT sales;
• Strong analytical skills and sound independent judgment.
