At Optimissa Portugal, we are looking for a Junior Business Manager to join our team at our Lisbon offices.

About Optimissa:

What your day to day will be like:

• Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities aligned with our growth objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Key Requirements:

Experience: at least 2-3 years in sales and project management. Prior experience in banking or insurance is not essential but considered a bonus.

Education: Degree in Business or Engineering, with a solid understanding of technology (specifically IT services).

Languages: High proficiency in English, with Spanish as a plus.
