Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in BI, a relevant academic background, and at least one BI-related certification. This professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing BI solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical BI requirements and solutions.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure BI tools meet performance and usability standards.
• Maintain and enhance data models, ETL processes, and data integration pipelines.
• Monitor and ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across BI platforms.
• Provide guidance and best practices in BI tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least one BI-related certification (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
• Strong experience with BI tools and data visualization platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese (both written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
