At Metatissue, we're looking for someone to join our business development team. This position is based in Aveiro, Portugal, with an expected start date in January or February 2026. Be ready to travel and embrace new challenges.
What You'll Bring
Real-world biotech sales experience or related field experience (a scientific background is a strong plus).
Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and build long-term relationships with researchers, distributors and industry partners.
Strong communication skills. Comfortable presenting products, explaining technical concepts, and adapting to different audiences.
A result-driven, proactive mindset that thrives in fast-paced, changing environments.
High standards of ethics, integrity, and accountability.
