Experis is recruiting a Business Developer - Short- and Mid-Term Rental - to join an ambitious start-up in the property management sector, focused on building and scaling the business through asset acquisition and strategic partnerships.

This role will play a key part in the company's expansion strategy, building and managing relationships with property owners, identifying new assets for management, and securing new business opportunities that drive revenue growth and operational scale. In parallel, the role will focus on developing strategic partnerships with local service providers to ensure a comprehensive, high-quality service offering to clients.

The company operates in short-term (Airbnb and similar) and mid-term property management, as well as condominium and public-space management, delivering a fully professional operation of real estate assets with a strong client-centric approach, where every client is treated as a VIP.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all matters related to working with property owners, including contracts, fees, taxes, invoicing, and handling requests or complaints

Identify and onboard additional assets for management by the company

Develop strategic partnerships with local partners and service providers to ensure a comprehensive range of services offered to clients

Support revenue growth and operational scale through new business opportunities and partnerships

Explore and secure opportunities to manage shared spaces in residential and commercial properties

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is considered a strong asset

Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, motivated to build and grow a project from the ground up
