Your new role
As a Digital Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the organisation’s footprint in the digital engineering space. You’ll be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and driving the adoption of advanced technologies that transform how infrastructure is designed, built, and managed. This role bridges technical innovation with commercial strategy, ensuring that digital solutions are aligned with client needs and market trends.

Responsibilities
• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic clients and partners within the digital domain
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in smart infrastructure and digital transformation
• Propose and promote emerging technologies such as automation, system integration, digital twins, and data analytics
• Collaborate with internal engineering and IT teams to craft compelling value propositions
• Represent the company in client engagements, showcasing innovative digital capabilities
• Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationship development

What you'll need to succeed
• University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (mandatory)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, account management, or technology consulting
• Strong understanding of digital solutions in engineering, construction, or infrastructure management
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills
• Results-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial drive
• Proficiency in English (mandatory)
