A leading Engineering company, pioneering the implementation of innovative digital solutions, is recruiting a Business Developer (m/f/d) to join their team.

Your new role

You will be responsible for selling complex digital solutions, including services and applications, to large-scale clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Selling innovative digital solutions.
• Developing and implementing prospecting strategies to expand the client base.
• Maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous satisfaction of their needs and objectives.
• Presenting customised solutions that offer maximum value to clients.
• Managing an extensive and complex sales process with a strong results orientation.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Higher education background in Management, Marketing, or another relevant area.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of Data Science, BI, system architectures, and databases.
• Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Availability to travel.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
