Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Continuity Process Manager (IT Risk) to integrate our teams into one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries. Based in Lisbon (Hybrid).
This role will involve contributing to the management of the Crisis Management/Incident Management, Business Continuity Management, IT Resilience and IT Service Continuity Management processes.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for organizing controls, guidance and reporting, facilitating the execution of the exercises on all dimensions of Operational Resilience, participating in Group Operational Resilience initiatives and working groups, as well as supporting the Crisis Leaders, coordinators and Crisis Management Team in case of crisis.
- Ensure a consistent framework is in place to systematically identify, measure, mitigate, report, monitor, and manage the most significant risks;
- Ensure the implementation and strengthening of Operational Resilience strategies;
- Ensure Resilience Governance with entities in service geographical area is providing expected value;
- Participate in group initiatives and strategic programs linked to Operational Resilience;
- Contribute to the execution of the Crisis Management Process.
- Support the Incident Management Team, ensuring agreed-upon processes and plans are followed in case of Crisis activation;
- Organize the tests and exercises to ensure that the responses are well maintained and operational;
- Execute the Business Impact Alignment with IT Service Continuity;
- Ensure the follow-up of the responsiveness of the critical IT systems in case of disaster by consolidating information of implementation of solution, plans, test, planning, level of maturity, ownerships, etc
What you are like:
- Academic training in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related fields (preferred);
- General understanding of Business Continuity Management lifecycle and IT Operations and IT Continuity Service Management;
- Experience in IT Risk Management and/or Cybersecurity;
- Knowledge of the insurance sector (preferred);
- Passion for challenges and risk management;
- Self-motivation and collaborative mindset (ability to work well in a team);
- Strong communication skills;
- Interpersonal relationship skills;
- Adaptability and flexibility;
- Proactivity and goal-oriented focus.
