As a Business Change Manager, you'll be the go-to person for making sure that when big changes happen in our organization, the people aspects are included and go as smoothly as possible. Whether it's upgrading our systems, restructuring teams, or shaking up how we work, you'll be there to guide us through it all.

Description

Change Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to understand the implications of proposed changes on different stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define the vision, goals, and scope of change initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Identify key stakeholders and establish effective communication channels.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for change efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders, addressing concerns and feedback.

Change Implementation:

  • Develop and execute detailed change management plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Be part of a wider Programme Team, feeling confident to ensure that Change Management is included as part of the wider plans
  • Coordinate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.

Communication and Training:

  • Develop clear and concise communication materials to articulate the need for change, its benefits, and expectations.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and then create / deliver any appropriate training
  • Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate employees about upcoming changes and their roles in the transition.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees as they adapt to new processes, systems, or ways of working.

Resistance Management:

  • Anticipate and address resistance to change by identifying root causes and implementing targeted interventions.
  • Engage with resistant individuals or groups to address concerns, build trust, and promote acceptance of change.
  • Foster a culture of openness, transparency, and continuous improvement to reduce resistance over time.
  • Metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Feedback from stakeholders to assess the impact of changes on productivity, morale, and overall performance.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, human resources, or related field (Master's degree preferred);
  • Proven experience in change management roles, with a track record of successfully leading complex organizational transformations;
  • Ability to work as part of a wider Programme Team and support on all aspects of People change including delivery;
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to influence and motivate others, even in challenging or uncertain situations;
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset;
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques;
  • Experience in working in diverse and multicultural teams and global matrix organisations;
  • Availability for travelling in Europe and Asia. Estimated 10% per year.
