We are now looking for a Senior Business Application Manager willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid project based in Lisbon.

Are you the one?

1? Experience: proven track record in managing and improving Business Applications within HR or similar domains.

2? Technical stack: proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Microsoft Excel; experience in data modeling projects.

3? Support: ability to provide functional support to end-users, manage incidents with external providers, and maintain a support knowledge base.

4? Projects: hands-on experience managing application enhancement projects, requirement gathering, and documentation.

5? Monitoring: ability to monitor data quality, manage regular reports, and execute production tasks.

6? Languages: fluency in English (C1+) is mandatory.

7? Soft Skills: analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, business-oriented communication, and adaptability to change.
