Join Our Clients Team as a Business Analyst!

Contract Full-time, Direct with the Client

Our client, a global leader in the beverage industry, is looking for a Business Analyst to play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives. This position will act as a bridge between business functions and Digital & Technology (D&T) teams, ensuring that solutions align with strategic goals while optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into actionable solutions, defining clear business features and requirements.
• Design and deploy global and local solutions, ensuring functional fit and embedding new ways of working.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with solution architects to ensure compliance with global IT principles and policies.
• Lead deployment workstreams and manage change adoption across different business functions.
• Support digital transformation efforts by analyzing business processes and identifying improvement areas.
• Promote awareness of AI capabilities and foster adoption of innovative solutions within business teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or equivalent (Masters degree preferred).
• 5 years of experience in business process definition, IT solutions, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in large organizations, IT, or multinational environments.
• Knowledge of AI technologies (Machine Learning, RPA) is a plus.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to engage with diverse teams.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
