We are looking for a Business Analyst!

You will play a key role in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications. You'll work closely with French-speaking stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality business solutions.

What we're looking for:

• Fluent French (spoken, written, and reading) is mandatory
• Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading) is mandatory
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear business requirements
• Experience in stakeholder management, especially with French-speaking clients or teams
• Familiarity with BA tools, methodologies, and modern digital environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Junior Salary Package: €12,880 to €21,000 gross (paid over 14 months) + meal allowance + flexible benefits

Mid-level Salary Package: €14,000 to €28,000 gross (paid over 14 months) + meal allowance + flexible benefits

Senior Salary Package: €20,000 to €49,000 gross (paid over 14 months) + meal allowance + flexible benefits
