We are looking for a Business Analyst who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

This is a hybrid role - 2 days per week at the Lisbon office.

? The Challenge:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to financial products and market risk;
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams;
• Work closely with developers, quants, and risk teams to ensure accurate implementation of risk models (VaR, XVA, EEPE);
• Analyze market data and validate risk calculations to support decision-making processes;
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, and deployment of financial applications;
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you bring to the table:

• +5 years of experience as Business Analyst;
• Knowledge of financial products and market data, including the ability to calculate risk metrics such as VaR, XVA, and EEPE;
• Strong understanding of market risk;
• Proven experience in IT business analysis;
• Knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and econometrics;
• Solid English proficiency.
