We are looking for a Business Analyst that:

• Manage real-time communication of Cash Management incidents to customer service and sales teams, ensuring clear, centralized, and business-oriented messaging.
• Participate in technical and functional crisis calls, acting as a key interface between IT, Production, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate Problem Management activities, including post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and definition of remediation action plans.
• Produce Business Incident Reports and support quality monitoring through KPIs and regular follow-up committees.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational reliability and incident management processes.

Location: Lisbon Remote

Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
