DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:

  • DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;


  • DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;


  • DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.

We are searching for a Business Analyst:


Responsibilities:

  • Budget, forecast and actuals data and KPI of all entities consolidated by WM HO PARIS ( 15 entities).
  • Performance management KPI Production, consolidation, and adjustments
  • Publication of performance management dashboard related to revenues, activities, margins, etc.
  • This central application will be mainly used by Management & Control Paris team but also by local sites finance teams (Geneva, Monaco, Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany ).
  • Work closely with: teams dedicated to the Management & Control activities.
  • Provide extensive functional support during the GO-LIVE preparation and after GO-LIVE of the application releases.
  • Define functional requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.
  • Define the new requirements impact on existing business / IT architecture, processes / strategic vision and principles.
  • Responsible for delivery & enhancement of project documentation, such as Requirement Statement Sheet, and Detailed Functional Requirement Document, roadmap, etc.
  • Collaborate with units and subject matter experts to establish the functional & technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Elaborate and execute the change management plan with the users of the solutions. Perform testing to verify solution and coordinate UAT with end users.
  • Elaborate and provide estimation and roadmap.
  • Development of processes/workflows/ETL Tagetik CCH.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT.
  • Experience as business analyst (at least 3 years).
  • Experience on Tagetik tool implementation is mandatory.
  • Experience in deploying TAGETIK ideally (change management, dry-run, ).
  • Strong TAGETIK expertise, "hands-on" in the definition and implementation of the solution with users.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Tagetik ETL/Workflow development.
  • Experience in developing and delivering system modules (Consolidation, planning, budgeting) in Tagetik CCH.
  • Programming languages: SQL, Java is a plus.
  • Strong Financial Accounting and Management control skills: Items of Balance Sheet & Off Balance Sheet, Accounting rules of Financial instruments, Standard financial KPI Currencies and Forex calculation in the INSURANCE and/or FINANCE INDUSTRY ( retail, CIB, Wealth Management, ).
  • Understand the business, i.e., Budget, Forecast and Actuals operational processes.
  • The methodology to use is AGILE, to leverage on the proximity with users and to follow the backlog in a structured way.
  • Be curious and liaise with other users in charge of TAGETIK within the Group to identify the best practices, share lessons learned.
  • Strong autonomy with users to define the best approach in agile WAY.
  • Understand the business, i.e., Budget, Forecast and Actuals operational processes.
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally.
