We are looking for a Business Analyst with knowledge of NLP, AI and generative AI topics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and formalize business needs related to NLP and RAG projects, in close collaboration with different stakeholders (business lines, IT, data scientist ).
• Collaborate closely with developers and the product owner to ensure a clear understanding of needs and the quality of deployed solutions.
• Ensure that the platform is developed in line with the business requirements, translating them to the development team.
• Perform tests validation to ensure the good performance and the requirements adherence.
• Monitor the performance of deployed features and propose areas for improvement.
• Manage multiple business projects in parallel that will use the platform.
• Provide technological support and facilitate the deployment of the solution within their projects.
• Monitor production to ensure client satisfaction.

Profile and Technical Skills:

• Master's degree from an Engineering school or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Good understanding of NLP and RAG concepts.
• Analytical and communication skills required, verbal and written.
• A real passion for learning, doing things better and helping others - and an ability to turn ideas into reality.
• Proactive and ability to propose solutions, team spirit and client-oriented.
• Coordination, rigor, sense of service.
• Availability to travel abroad for short periods of time, as required.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (Scrum/Kanban, Jira).
• Profiency in French and good English (Mandatory).

Hybrid Role in Porto.
