We're looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our key clients in the health insurance sector, for a maternity leave replacement assignment. If you're passionate about translating business needs into real solutions and thrive in structured environments, this opportunity might be for you!

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements
• Support project teams by providing clear documentation and business insights
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Assist in the testing and validation of implemented functionalities
• Help maintain and improve analysis tools and workflows

Must Haves

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or project support
• Familiarity with analysis and modeling tools (e.g., Excel, BPMN, SQL or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and ownership
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
