A Shared Service expanding in Porto. 

Your next role:  

• Collaborate with Business/operations in the identification and evaluation of ideas to automatize And robotize (Discovery phase, Evaluation phase);
• Participate and draw Up functional analyzes in consistence with the established methodology;
• Support the Technical Development Factory during the development;
• Support the business function during the ordinary running of the tool and when it is necessary to update it  (demand/enhancement);
• Ensure quality automation and prevent any potential bugs.

What you'll need to succeed: 

• End-to-End business process understanding and process reengineering/optimization atitude;
• Process oriented skills;
• Understanding and practice of Automation tools, such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, SAP, Power BI … Development knowledge in BP or AA will be a plus; 
• Proficiency in data processing tools and MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint;
• Proactivity and autonomy in dealing with possible business, process, and system constraints;
• Cross functional and cross countries team working experience;
• Project Management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
