Your New Mission 
As a Content Manager within the Digital Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the Customer Selfcare section of the company’s digital support platform. This area helps users navigate digital tools and access key information independently.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Keeping support content up to date with platform developments.
  • Creating new materials in collaboration with product and business teams.
  • Managing the full content lifecycle, from drafting to stakeholder approval and publication.
  • Coordinating translations and ensuring accurate localisation.
  • Maintaining and expanding a library of interactive walkthroughs.
  • Ensuring consistency in tone and branding across all content.
  • Aligning content across digital channels for a seamless customer journey.
  • Analysing user feedback and data to identify content gaps and improve usability.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for global stakeholders and ensuring clear communication.


What You Need to be Succeed 
  • We’re looking for someone with:
  • 5–10 years of experience in content management, ideally in customer support or knowledge base environments.
  • Proficiency with CMS tools, basic HTML, and understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Knowledge and WalkMe is a plus.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A customer-centric approach and understanding of user behaviour.
  • Experience in the logistics or transport sector is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of BPMN, Lean methodologies, or visual content creation is a bonus.
