We are looking for a Business Analyst - Bilingual FR/EN Data & API Solutions

MAIN TASKS:

• Lead and support the collection, analysis, and validation of business needs through workshops with the Product Owner and AI Product Manager.
• Write clear and structured business requirements and user stories aligned with agile methodology.
• Facilitate user onboarding by explaining API functionalities, training sessions, and support during solution rollout.
• Monitor solution usage (TAS), analyze performance metrics, handle production incidents, and propose new KPIs.
• Collaborate on the design of transversal analytic solutions, ensuring functional alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with IT teams, including development, support, testing, and data science, ensuring accurate technical implementation.
• Contribute to test strategy, execution, and anomaly analysis during QA phases.
• Draft user guides and operational documentation for end users.
• Actively participate in all agile ceremonies: sprint planning, grooming, daily meetings, and sprint reviews.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Bilingual in French and English (B2 level minimum in both, spoken and written).
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data-driven or API-focused environments.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and related tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Strong understanding of IT concepts such as APIs, authentication flows, and process workflows.
• Experience or exposure to Banking or Insurance sectors is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills - able to synthesize and explain complex topics clearly.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and curious mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt quickly.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model in Porto.
