We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a fast-paced and collaborative team working on financial operations projects, with a focus on legacy systems related to billing and custodial processes.

Main Tasks:

• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Oversee and guide functional and regulatory developments.
• Monitor production environments and address anomalies proactively.
• Supervise daily data flow integrations and ensure smooth monthly data processing.
• Conduct business analysis, define business rules, perform testing, and maintain clear documentation.

Main Skills & Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of application monitoring and performance analysis.
• Proven experience in business investigations and functional documentation.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in French is mandatory. (English is also required).

Hybrid Role in Porto.
