Our client is a multinational company that wishes to recruit a Business & Sales Analyst.

Reporting directly to the Head of Market Intelligence within the Product Management department. With up to 3 years of experience in business analysis, customer journey mapping, and performance analysis, the ideal candidate will possess technical skills in business model creation and optimization, as well as customer journey optimization.


  • Develop and optimize business models to enhance operational efficiency and drive company growth.
  • Provide analytical support to the product team, analyzing end-to-end product performance to contribute to product development and continuous process improvement.
  • Map and optimize B2B2C customer journeys (Clients, Merchants, End Users), identifying touchpoints, areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the organization (sales, marketing, operations, technology, etc.) to align strategies and ensure effective implementation of proposed models.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to stay updated on trends, adjusting business models as necessary.
  • Deliver insights through the creation of reports and presentations, supporting tactical and strategic decision-making.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of projects related to business models and customer journeys.


Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Business Sciences, or related fields.
Up to 3 years of proven experience in business model analysis, analytical support for product and business development, customer journey mapping, consulting, or similar roles.
Fluency in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written) is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required, with advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel and proficiency in analytics software being advantageous.
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with diverse teams.
Results-oriented mindset, proactivity, ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.
