In this sense, we are strengthening the Communication & Marketing team with a Brand Manager Assistant (m/f)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and support the different geographies/brands in their Communication and Marketing needs;
- Monitor and ensure the correct use of the brand and compliance with the previously defined guidelines;
- Manage and communicate any changes related to the brand;
- Ensure continuous improvement, visibility, and brand recognition;
- Support and approve the communication strategy (internal and external announcements, as well as campaigns);
- Participate in the creation and update of Marketing and Communication materials, ensuring approval;
- Update the Brand Manual guidelines;
- Support the Marketing Manager in the preparation of internal and external events;
- Manage merchandising and monitor the inventory management of printed marketing materials.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields;
- Professional experience of 1 to 2 years in similar roles;
- Good knowledge of English and Spanish;
- Critical spirit and strong analytical ability;
- Proactivity to suggest improvements and new approaches;
- Team spirit;
- Good communication skills.
