A leading multinational in the FMCG industry is looking for an experienced Brand Manager for a short-term assignment. This role will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, ensuring strong market positioning, and driving brand growth through impactful marketing initiatives.

Description

  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Oversee brand positioning, communication, and portfolio management, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute 360º marketing campaigns, including media, digital, and in-store activations.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, and external agencies) to ensure strategic execution.
  • Manage the brand's budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
  • Support sponsorship and activation initiatives, ensuring strong brand visibility and engagement.

Profile

  • Degree or Master's in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within multinational environments.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, communication strategies, and consumer insights.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and working with media and creative agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Fluency in English (C1 minimum).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
