- Maintain budget control, procurement processes, and merchandising strategies for efficient operations.

Profile
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in a Marketing, Branding, or similar managerial role
- Expertise in marketing strategy development and execution
- Understanding of business fundamentals, including HR, finance, and corporate strategy
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and expectation management effectively
- Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
