We're hiring a Blue Prism Developer - Remote from Portugal

Join a newly formed international team focused on automation! This role supports the maintenance and development of Blue Prism solutions for operations across Portugal and Spain. Be part of a long-term project driving efficiency and innovation in business processes.

About the Mission

This role is part of creating a dedicated international team responsible for Blue Prism maintenance and development services, starting in Portugal and later expanding to Spain. You'll be joining a key digital transformation initiative with long-term growth and learning opportunities.

What You'll Do

As a Blue Prism Developer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in Agile squad ceremonies and collaborative team planning
• Running cyclical monitoring of automations in production
• Liaising with our internal hosting provider for infrastructure support
• Conducting technical analysis, feasibility studies and estimates
• Designing and writing technical specifications based on business needs
• Programming using Blue Prism and VB .Net, adhering to coding standards
• Executing unit and integration tests
• Maintaining clear and updated documentation
• Investigating and resolving production anomalies
• Organizing production releases and supporting deployments
• Supporting project teams in infrastructure-related topics

Technical Skills & Tools Required

• Proven experience in RPA development with Blue Prism
• Solid knowledge of VB .Net and object-oriented programming
• Familiarity with automation, maintenance and monitoring best practices
• Experience in Agile methodologies is a strong plus
• Ability to analyze and understand complex systems and workflows

Language & Location

• English: B2 level or higher (mandatory)
• This is a remote role, but only candidates residing in Portugal are eligible
• Very Occasional in-person meetings may be required (location: Portugal, Spain and France)
