The Billing Team Leader - French Speaker will oversee billing processes and lead a team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Description

• Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead a team of billing specialists
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure a high-performing and motivated team
• Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the Team
• Billing Process Optimization:
• Review and enhance end-to-end billing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure related documentation is up to date Internal Client Interaction and Relationship
• Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for the internal clients served by the team
• Work closely with clients to understand their unique billing needs and expectations
• Resolve client issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships
• Quality Assurance and Performance Metrics:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for billing accuracy and service delivery
• Implement corrective actions to address discrepancies and improve performance
• Training and Knowledge Sharing:
• Maintain training materials for Service Center billing staff and ensure training sessions, Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field;
• Proven experience in billing operations within a service center environment (3/4 years);
• A first and successful experience in management, hands-on (1/2 years);
• In-depth knowledge of billing systems (SAP) and processes;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2).
