To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. This role will report to the Billing team leader of the Service Center.

Description

• Collecting all the commercial documents required for your business on time
• Enter and validate orders in our information system
• Checking invoicing details and drawing up customer invoices
• Follow-up customers and manage any billing disputes
• Ensuring that sales are recognised and taking part in monthly closings by validating outstanding invoices by validating outstanding invoices

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field
• Good level of French and English - Mandatory
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
